Our Privacy Policy explains how Sportem, represented by “PNI Studio Co” S.R.L., located on the domain name Sportem.art, collect, use, disclose, and protect information that applies to our visual communication platform (the "Service"). 

 

1.  General Provisions

1.1. By using the Sportem service, you acknowledge your full agreement with the provisions of the privacy policy and the terms of processing of personal data.
1.2. If you do not want your information processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy in general or any part of it, you should not use our Service.
1.3. Sportem does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

 

2. Content of the Privacy Policy

 

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Sportem service regarding non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides during registration on the website or when paying for a subscription. 
2.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Sportem.art website in the registration section or when paying for a subscription and includes the following information: 
2.2.1. First Name and Last Name; 
2.2.2. Email address; 
2.2.3. Contact phone number; 
2.3. Sportem protects data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages where the system's statistical script (pixel) is installed. 
2.4. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the site that require authorization. 
2.5. Any personal information not specified above (used browsers, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-distribution, except as provided in clauses 4.2. and 4.3. of this Privacy Policy.

 

3. Purposes of Collecting User's Personal Information

 

3.1. Sportem may use the User's personal data for the following purposes: 
3.1.1. Identifying the User registered on the website sportem.art for discussing individual design features and providing user support. 
3.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the website. 
3.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, inquiries regarding the use of the website, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User, and issuing invoices. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, overdue notifications, and alerting you if additional payment information is needed. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing and send them payment information for processing your orders and credit card payments. 
3.1.4. Sending you system alerts. For example, we may inform you of temporary or permanent changes to our services, such as planned outages, new features, version updates, releases, abuse warnings, and changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3.1.6. Protecting the rights and safety of customers, third parties, and ourselves. 
3.1.7. Complying with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, such as fulfilling court orders, valid subpoenas, and security service decisions. 
3.1.8. Conducting legal investigations and defending in court, arbitration, or similar legal proceedings if such a situation arises. 
3.1.9. Providing the User with information about changes in package prices, service updates, special offers, newsletters, and other information from Sportem.

 

4.  Method and duration of the data processing

4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out for an unlimited period, by any legal method. 
4.2. The User agrees that Sportem has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, payment services, solely for the purpose of secure credit card transaction processing. 
4.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Republic of Moldova only on the grounds and in the manner established by Moldovan law. 
4.4. Sportem takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties. 

 

5. General obligations of parties.

 

5.1. The User agrees to: 
5.1.1. Provide accurate information about their personal data that may be necessary for the provision of the Service's services;
5.1.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data information in case of any changes.
5.2. Sportem agrees to:
5.2.1. Take all possible measures to ensure and maintain the confidentiality of the personal information (data) provided by the User; 
5.2.2. Delete the User's personal data immediately upon receiving a request or inquiry for deletion from them at the email: sportemart01@gmail.com. 

 

6. Responsibility of the Parties

 

6.1. Sportem is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User's personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova. 
6.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of the User's confidential data, Sportem is not responsible if these data: 
6.2.1. Became publicly available before the disclosure; 
6.2.2. Were received from third parties before being obtained by Sportem representatives; 
6.2.3. Were disclosed with the User's consent; 
6.2.4. Were obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the Site's files. 

 

7. Additional information

 

7.1. Sportem, represented by "PNI Studio Co" S.R.L., reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this privacy policy without obtaining the User's consent. 
7.2. The new privacy policy comes into effect only from the moment it is posted on the website sportem.art.
